Math: Tangram Fun

We're wrapping up our Geometry unit in Math and so we've been having some fun creating with Tangrams earlier this week. We made these cute Tangram art projects to display in our hallway. Here's My "Apple for the Teacher"

Some students created their projects completely without help, while others lacked the spacial skills to do this activity unaided, so I put of several patterns on the computer screen to help them build their critters. Check out some of the best:

Bluejay

Vulture

Do your kiddos enjoy Tangrams or is it too hard for their spacial sense?
