We're finishing up our addition and subtraction unit this week, and one of the projects we made as part of this, were these reminder posters for doubles addition.
1+1 is eyes
2+2 is butterfly wings
3+3 is ant legs
4+4 is an octopus
5+5 are hands
How do you help your kids visualize doubles facts?
I love the doubles addition posters. This year I had my class create a video using a doubles rap I found on Pinterest. I will have to try your idea next year. Thanks for sharing :)
