Plant Experiments Update: progress...

After almost two weeks most of our roots and shoots experiment beans are growing. My kiddos LOVE coming in EVERY DAY and bee-lining it for the window to see how their beans are doing.

Our race clearly has peas winning and both Zinnias and Marigolds falling far behind. I'm surprised by the slow growth here...

Finally, our Missing parts experiment has very weird results. Probably my fault since I let them water their plants the first day, lol. the  CONTROL plants haven't grown at all! In fact, one is starting to smell like rotten eggs... All three in the paper towel are of course growing well. TWO of the plants without water are growing, but are looking like they're going to finally die, lol. One of the airless plants is growing. I suspect there is a hole in that bag. As well, the sunless plants are growing the best, although their colour is horrible (which is perfect).
